1. IPTV Subscriptions

Due to the digital nature of our IPTV subscriptions, all sales are final. Once a subscription is purchased, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to review all subscription details before completing your purchase.

2. Android TV Boxes

  • Defective Products: If your Android TV box is defective upon arrival, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Non-Defective Returns: We do not accept returns for non-defective Android TV boxes unless they are unopened and in their original packaging. In such cases, a restocking fee may apply.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return for a defective product, please follow these steps:
